Recognising our volunteers

Age Concern Barnet is now registered with the Barnet Community Awards Scheme. The scheme recognises the enormous contribution volunteers make to the lives of Barnet residents.

Co-ordinated by the Barnet Volunteer Centre, all volunteers giving 100 hours of their time within a year are invited to an Awards Ceremony. A celebration dinner is put on for volunteers and certificates awarded by the Mayor.

We would also love to hear from any clients who have benefited from the work of a volunteer.
