Barnet Carers Centre

If someone you care for is in hospital the Barnet Carers Centre is there if you need them.

Barnet Hospital has a Carers Hospital Discharge Coordinator who is available to support you if the person you look after is in hospital. He will explain what is happening and make sure any concerns you have are discussed with the hospital teams.

We know that hospital can be stressful and expect that you are looking forward to getting the person you care for home.

If you find that you are becoming tired or worried, or not getting time for yourself due to the help you provide, the Barnet Carers Centre can make sure you are getting all the support available.
