Today the Guardian has published online a selection of entries, including the winner and runners up, from Age Concern Barnet’s recent “Active Ageing” photography competition.
The competition aimed to depict people in their later years as fit, healthy and active members of society. The contest also showcased the photography skills of the over 55 age group. Here is a selection of the entries, including the winner and three runners up. The entries are on show until the end of August at the Meritage Centre in Hendon and throughout September at the Ann Owens Centre in East Finchley.
